Called Rhino Plumbing this morning to see if they could help with our furnace in our new house we just purchased. I explained what was happening. Ryan as able to swing over to examine the furnace very quickly while on his way to another job. They found the issue, Ryan & Ethen returned later in the day and fixed the furnace! Both Ryan & Ethen were very polite and professional! 10/10 would definitely recommend. Will not hesitate to use Ryan for future repairs/service

Our furnace stopped working. Nakeem or Nakim (sorry if I misspelled) came in and fixed quickly - he was great and very professional, highly recommended! James was also very quick in responding. Thank you very much guys!

I wish I could give Ball and Sons 6 stars. I can't say enough good things about how them. They have helped me out so many times, I have lost track and they are very reasonably priced. They just, yesterday, helped me out when nobody else would. They also helped my elderly neighbor with her air conditioner when nobody else would. She was so very happy with the price and work they provided. Seriously, don't call anybody else, no need!

GTAAIRE is nothing short of amazing. Dani who was our sales manager was so honest and upfront about everything.Now to tell you about our installers Justin, Jun and Pual. WOW, they were efficient, knowledgeable, hard working and so neat and tidy. I honestly did not find one single piece of anything when they left 9 hours later!! We had our air conditioner replaced along with the furnace and hot water tank. My family has dealt with GTAAIRE for years. Now I know why !! Thank you for everything

The best in service in the Region. A couple years ago we had problems with our water heater and after looking around several places in the Region we went with Arthur. Arthur's very competitive price and communication were what made him stand out at first. He answered all of our questions patiently and imparatively. On the day of installiation, him and his team arrived on time and worked neatly and with a high degree of care. Although challenging as we have two dogs the installation was effortless on our part, and afterwards the home did not get one bit dirty. The water heater it self was also provided and works great without problems to this day. He also made it easy for us to contact him with any questions we had afterwards.Recently we had a problem with our AC and we contacted Arthur again. He replied urgently and provided us with an appointment and diagnosis. Through his diagnosis we were able to get the AC back and running over the phone.
